Biography

Laurence Naudeix has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property. She began her career as an intern at the Swiss Federal Institute for Intellectual Property, and then continued her career working for IP firms and as a trademark specialist within the IP department of a luxury brand group. At our firm, Laurence manages the trademark and plant breeding portfolios. She advises international and local clients active in different sectors of activity, on all legal, strategic, and administrative aspects relating to trademarks, plant breeding and designs. She also advises clients on other IP aspects as well as on Swissness legislation.
