Alexandre Weith has more than 25 years of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP) with a focus on trademarks, together with copyrights, domain names and unfair competition. After law school at the University of Geneva in 1995, he first worked as a trainee lawyer in a litigation firm to gain experience in a broad range of legal matters. In 1998, he joined a Swiss IP firm of which he became a partner in 2004, managing large trademark portfolios for clients of various economic sectors, notably perfumes, cosmetics, energy, consumer goods, banking, hotel and education services. He also worked extensively for foreign companies seeking specific expertise in relation to trademark matters for tech products and services, such as medical device, computer software and cryptocurrencies. His frequent travels to America and Asia have contributed to his professional experience and network. To bring a new twist to his career, in 2024 he decided to join ANDRE ROLAND.
